It has an integrated solenoid valve that controls the built-in pressure regulator,\n Consult your Suntec representative)\nwhich allows a speed and independent shutdown and opening.\nThis model is characterized by 2 mode pressure operation and incorporates a blocking\nsolenoid valve with in-line cut-off function. Switching between low and high modes is SC: Compact design\nassured by a 2nd integral solenoid valve Pump step\nCOMPATIBILITY\n- Domestic oil, HVO, B100 (biofuel blend with the addition up to 100% FAME, as defined\nin DIN SPEC 51603-6 and EN 14214) Gear set capacity\n (see pump capacity curve)\n- Two firing rates (with a sole nozzle line)\n- One or two-pipe system Shaft rotation and\n nozzle location\nPUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE (seen from shaft end)\nThe gear set draws oil from the tank through the built-in filter and transfers it to the regulator A: clockwise rotation/\n \t\t right hand nozzle.\nwhich allows to regulate the pressure to the nozzle line.\n B: clockwise rotation/\nSwitching between low and high pressure is assured by a \"normally open\" by-pass solenoid \t\t left hand nozzle.\nvalve. When this solenoid valve is non-activated, a by-pass channel is open, allowing the C: anti-clockwise rotation\nnormal functioning of the low pressure regulating valve which sets the nozzle pressure. \t\t left hand nozzle.\nWhen this solenoid is activated, the by-pass channel is closed, thus pressure will build D: anti-clockwise rotation\nup on both sides of the low pressure regulating valve eliminating its effect, and the high \t\t right hand nozzle.\npressure regulating valve now determines the nozzle pressure.\nCut-off: Pump series\nThe solenoid valve of this pump is of the \"normally closed \" type. This design ensures an\nextremely fast response, in accordance with the different operating phases of the burner,\nand does not depend on the motor speed.
